Pattingham Village Hall
Subject to the Conditions of Hire (click here for details) the Hall can be hired in full or in parts by individuals or organisations.
The Hall has a Licence to sell Alcohol, and is licensed for musical events, dancing and stage plays.
All Applications must be made on the official Booking Form, available as automatic download to your device by clicking the buttons on the left, or from the Booking Secretary, (click here for contact details). The Form together with a deposit of £5.00 should be lodged with the Booking Secretary at least one month prior to the event.
Cheques should be made payable to "Pattingham Village Hall"
The Hire Charges for the Hall are as follows:-
MAIN HALL £20.00
SMALL HALL £10.00
COMMITTEE ROOM £ 6.00
STAGE £ 7.50
KITCHEN £ 6.00
FULL HALL £45.00
PREPARATION / CLEARING UP TIME
Time for preparation and cleaning up equivalent to half the booked time is included in the Hire Charge, any additional time required will be charged at normal rates.
LOCKING UP CHARGE
There is a charge for the Hall caretakers to come out and lock up the hall, this charge is dependent on the time the hall is vacated by the Hirer and includes clearing up time.

Glasses and cutlery can be hired separately by arrangement with the Booking Secretary
The Pattingham Village Hall Management Committee reserve the right to alter the hire and other charges without prior notice.
